Junie Damage Policy

At Junie, we strive to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, in the rare event that an item is damaged during shipping, please follow the steps below to resolve the issue quickly and efficiently.

Damage Claim Eligibility

  1. Time Frame for Reporting:

    • Damage claims must be reported within 72 hours of delivery as indicated by the carrier’s tracking information. Claims submitted after this window may not be eligible for resolution - There may be exceptions to this policy. If the request is made outside the 72-hour window, replacements/refunds will be offered at Junie’s discretion. Please email us for further assistance.
  2. Information Requirements: To process a damage claim, the following evidence is required:

    • Retention of all items: Please hold on to all items related to the shipment, including the damaged product(s), the shipping box, packaging materials, and any other products that were part of the order.
    • Photos of the damaged item showing the extent of the damage.
    • Photos of the outer packaging (box or mailer) with any visible damage.
    • Photos of the shipping label for verification.
    • Optional: A brief description of the issue.
  3. Unused Products:

    • Damaged items must be unused and in their original condition for any claims to be eligible.

Resolution Options

If your claim is approved, we will offer the following options:

  1. Replacement:

    • A one-time replacement of the damaged item will be shipped at no cost.
    • Replacement is subject to stock availability. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund for the damaged item’s value will be issued.
  2. Refund:

    • A full refund for the damaged item’s value will be issued to your original payment method.

Exclusions

The following scenarios are not covered under this policy:

  • Damage caused by mishandling after delivery (e.g., spills, drops).
  • Minor cosmetic damage that does not affect product functionality or use.
  • Claims reported after 72 hours of delivery.

How to File a Claim

To file a claim, email us at support@junieus.com with the subject line: "Damage Claim - [Order Number]", and include the required photos and details.

Damages and Issues

  • Inspection: Inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us within 72 hours of delivery if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Damage Definition: Damages include leaks and issues within the internal product but exclude minor cosmetic defects.
  • Claims Outside 72 hours: We may not offer replacements for damage claims made outside of our 72-hour window. For assistance, please contact us ASAP at support@junieus.com.

Fraud Prevention

  • Fraudulent Orders: Orders suspected of fraud or involving chargebacks without prior notification will be canceled, including all future orders.

Lost Packages

  • Junie is not liable for any lost packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first to check for any updates or possible resolutions. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, you may reach out to us at support@junieus.com. Any refunds or replacements for lost packages will be issued at our discretion.

Wrong Item Received Policy

If you received the wrong item, we’re so sorry for the mix-up! Please contact us at support@junieus.com within 72 hours of the delivery date so we can make it right.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please do not discard the original packaging and the packing slip. These are necessary for verifying and correcting the mistake.
Unfortunately, if the packaging and slip are missing, it may limit our ability to assist you.
