Shipping policy

Processing Time: Typical order processing time is 1-2 business days . Orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on the following Monday.  During busy periods such as peak seasons, product launches, or sales, processing times may extend to 4-8 business days. 

Estimated Shipping Times:

  • United States: 2-5 business days from the date of dispatch.
  • International: 3-10 business days from the date of dispatch.

Shipping times are estimates and do not include processing time or weekends. Please note that delays may occur, especially during the holiday season.

Free Shipping:

  • United States: Free U.S. shipping with orders over $80
  • Canada: Free shipping on orders over $200 CAD, after discounts and promotions are applied. Taxes do not count towards the minimum purchase amount.

Special Shipping Info for Hawaii & Alaska

  • Hawaii & Alaska: Packages to Hawaii and Alaska will be shipped via USPS Ground.While the average shipping time is 5-14 days, please note that delays may occur and shipping could take longer.

Pre-Order Items: All preorders are final and cannot be canceled, as these items are specially ordered from our suppliers to fulfill your request. Please make sure to carefully consider your decision before placing a preorder. Orders that include pre-order items will ship once all pre-order items are in stock. To avoid delays, consider ordering pre-order items separately.

Large Orders: A signature will be required upon delivery for orders over $100 to ensure their safe arrival. We cannot take responsibility for stolen packages if the customer chooses to opt out of the signature requirement.

Address Errors: If an item is returned to seller due to an incorrect address provided by the customer, the customer must cover the shipping costs to resend the item. If the package is lost due to the customer’s address error, the customer must file a claim with the carrier and will not receive a replacement. If the carrier is at fault, Junie will file a claim and the customer will receive a replacement.

Order Changes or Cancellations: If you need to request order changes or cancellations, please contact us as soon as possible at support@junieus.com. Change requests depend on the order status, and we may not always be able to accommodate them. Thank you for your understanding!

Tracking Information: If tracking updates are delayed, it may be due to the transfer between shipping facilities. Updates can take several days as we work with various couriers. Delays can also occur due to weather conditions or high sales volumes.

Customs and Duties: Customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, and taxes on orders shipped outside the United States. Delivery times may be extended if items are held by customs. Junie LLC is not liable for extra fees and back-end charges on international orders.

Delivery Delays: During the holiday season or sales events, please expect potential delays. While we strive to ensure timely dispatch, some factors are beyond our control. If you suspect your order is lost, please contact us at support@junieus.com. 

Customer Responsibility: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses. To have a misdelivered shipment redelivered, customers must cover the shipping cost.

Lost Packages: Junie is not liable for any lost packages. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier first to check for any updates or possible resolutions. If the carrier is unable to locate your package, you may reach out to us at support@junieus.com. Any refunds or replacements for lost packages will be issued at our discretion.
